ppvlp Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

01Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with ppvlp, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP), that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. ppvlp reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. Each individual is limited to one registered account. Circumventing this restriction by registering under a different name, address or payment method is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

02Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvlp platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, payment method or device.
• Using any form of software, script, bot, algorithm or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about hands, bets or game states in real time during live games.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised card use or money laundering activities.

03Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ppvlp accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit to activate a welcome bonus is ৳500; standard minimum deposit is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ppvlp does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; the full amount requested is the full amount remitted to your wallet or bank account. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). ppvlp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Funds returned to players following a withdrawal request are final; ppvlp accepts no liability for delays caused by the receiving payment provider.

04Bonuses and Promotions

ppvlp offers a welcome bonus on first deposit and periodic reload promotions and free spin offers. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process triggered by meeting the wagering requirement.
• ppvlp reserves the right to withdraw, modify or void any bonus offer at any time where evidence of abuse, exploitation or misuse is identified. This includes coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

05Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and financial compliance, ppvlp may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching specified cumulative transaction thresholds. The documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad registration confirming the mobile number belongs to the registered account holder). Verification is conducted securely. ppvlp will not share your identity documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

06Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvlp platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets and the ppvlp brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of ppvlp or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or publishing any platform content without prior written consent from ppvlp.
• Using the ppvlp name, logo or brand assets in any manner that implies an affiliation, endorsement or partnership without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or tampering with any software or game mechanics on the platform.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvlp and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — even if ppvlp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ppvlp's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ppvlp in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury caused by ppvlp's direct act or omission.

08Responsible Gaming Obligations

ppvlp is committed to responsible gaming. All games involve real money and financial risk. Players who wish to set personal limits on their gambling activity may do so through their account settings. Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, prevent access to the account for the duration selected. ppvlp does not accept marketing opt-ins from self-excluded players. 10Account Suspension and Termination

ppvlp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ppvlp reasonably believes the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected, where continued account operation would expose ppvlp to legal or regulatory risk, or where required by law or court order. Upon termination, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ppvlp support.

11Amendments to Terms

ppvlp may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where the changes are significant, ppvlp may also provide notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to your account. Your continued use of the ppvlp platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a revision, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. All balances remaining at account closure that have met applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through ppvlp's internal process, you may escalate through available independent dispute resolution channels. ppvlp maintains records of all formal complaints and their outcomes in compliance with our internal governance obligations. All correspondence must be submitted in English and must reference your registered account username to enable efficient handling.
